Credit Alligator

A short clip us usually shown at the end of a multimedia project

This short clip is called the Post-credits scene wherein names of

the people who were involved in the making of the project were

flash on the screen. Credit Alligator is just like treacherous 

animal which can be found in the swamp. According to Tay

Vaughan, credit alligator appears late in a multimedia project

which can be a danger in the work-group politics and can be

the reason for the destruction of friendship and business relation-

ship. 

The credit scene is the ticket in getting hired and doing the thing

that you love because if employers were able to see your name

as part of the team, you will have a greater chance to have a new

job. If your name is visible enough to be noticed by the people,

it will be of great advantage that's why there were a lot of greedy

reptiles who would want their name to be flashed on the screen.

Crediting a creative talent is a sensitive issue. As much as

possible, it is better to consult all the members of the team before

giving credits. Talk intellectually and be open to critiques. Be

sure the negotiation about the inclusion in the project is solved. 

Beforehand, plan carefully and organize everything. Multimedia

doesn't emerge from bankroll of investors and publishers, but is 

the result of hard work of talented real people.

What is multimedia and why is it fascinating?

According to Wikipedia, multimedia is media and content that uses a combination of different content forms. In today's advanced and technology adapted society, the concept of multimedia is ever present in many facets of life. Multimedia on the web is sound, music, videos, and animation. Multimedia can be used to convey information to people effectively. It has brought fundamental changes to the way people learn, play and find information.

Multimedia is increasingly being used in education, advertising and entertainment. The main use of multimedia is to give information that is why it is widely used in schools and universities. It is a medium of expression or communication. With the use of multimedia, students will be able to study better.

Multimedia can also be used in the field of entertainment. It can be seen everyday in the television. Every television programs, even the commercials, are product of multimedia. Multimedia is fascinating because it is something where you can express your ideas in your own special way. It helps people to say what they want to say. Multimedia can be the voice of the mute. It is the rainbow for the blind and the music for the deaf. It is fascinating because it gives joy and enlightenment to  others. Just enjoy the gift of wonders that multimedia give. :D

Netizenship

Netizen is the combination of the words interNET and ciTIZEN. Netizens is an active participant in the online community as given definition by the Meriam-Webster Dictionary. As I further explore the world of a netizen, I came to a site (http://www.netizenship.net) which gives the pledge of a responsible netizen. It was more like the ten commandments for me.The first commandment is the understanding that rights are always balanced with responsibilities. The second commandment was more about treating others with respect in person and online. Followed by this "think before you click". Before doing something in the internet, one must think it not just thrice but many times because the internet is a global community which means that everyone is your audience as long as they have the access to the internet. The next commandment is related to the third one, it states that it if you can, doesn't mean that you should do. The next commandment will be about plagiarism, it is simply means using the work of others without giving any appropriate citation. the sixth commandment is about understanding that not everyone has Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and connectivity as you do. It was followed by understanding that every action will not affect you but others. The next commandment simply states that everything you put on the internet cannot be taken back. They will have the record in their history list what you do, when you do and where you do. The next commandment is taking a dramatic vow to use ICTs for the betterment of the world. Last but not the least, Netizen must promise to use this Netizenship Pledge to guide our actions in person and online
